Cancellation
Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by calling on the registered phone number or sending mail at customercare@bellazaara.com.
The entire amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before it's dispatched.
No cancellation will be accepted if the order has been shipped out.
Refund
Refund will be made through the same channel as the payment made.
Refund will be made in, 5 working days in normal conditions.
For All COD orders refund will be done through bank transfers.
