Return Policy

If the Package is received in damaged or tampered condition, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier and ask them to return to the Sender.
In such cases a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. To ensure either call us at +919309056611 or send us a mail at customercare@bellazaara.com and or WhatsApp to the above given number. You are requested to ensure that all the original tags and packing is intact along with the Product.
For reverse Pick up requested, there is a charge of Rs 100/- per packet.
We shall not be liable to return, replace or refund in case the item is returned without the original packing or original labels /tampered Barcodes.
